Tender Description

 Wagga Wagga City Council invites request for tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to undertake works to deliver the Riverina Intermodal Freight and Logistics (RIFL) Hub Project for the City of Wagga Wagga. The Project comprises four related packages of work as follows:

  • Package A - Master Siding
  • Package B - Terminal
  • Package C - Industrial Precint 
  • Package D - Relocation of 132KV Overhead Power

The proposed scope of work for the Project includes but is not limited to:

Package A: Construct Master Siding - earthworks, fencing, services, signalling, light vehicle crossings, siding railroad including rails, sleepers ballast & associated works.

Package B: Terminal Bulk earthworks, dam construction, landscaping, hardstand and parking area, drainage, fire water storage, communications systems, administration building, water reticulation, fencing, gates and boom gates.

Package C: industrial Precinct, Bulk earthworks, sediment dam, construction, pavement construction including AC, signage, portable water, road lighting including 415V power supply, communications and reticulation along frontage of allotments 

Package D: Relocation 132V overhead power lines

The RFT contains a mandatory attendance at a pre-tender briefing on 10 december 2019 in Wagga Wagga. It is expected the documentation will be available from 10am wednesday 27 November 2019.
