Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for 23a George Street North Public Toilet Refurbishment Works and Facade Repairs.
The tenderer will be required to demolish the existing internal fitout, construct a new fitout for male female and accessible toilets, install associated building services and repair sandstone and brick facades.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
