Wyndham City Council is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Lead Design Consultant for the Design of Bensonhurst Parade Reserve.
Working in conjunction with Wyndham City Council, the Lead Design Consultant is to deliver Councils adopted reserve master plan to enrich the quality of Councils open space network in the Upper Point Cook area.
The Lead Design Consultant is to undertake the urban, structural, hydraulic and civil/structural engineering, geotechnical investigation, determination of 3rd Party asset ownership and regulations with sub-consultant support in the disciplines of landscape, open space design, planning, access, lighting and sports field design.
