Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the upgrade of Fig Lane Park, Kings Lane Reserve and Womerah Gardens.
The tenderer will be required to carry out landscape upgrade works as well as the associated playground upgrade works. The tenderer will also be required to provide minor civil and structural design services to some components of the Works.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
