Tender Description
The City is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Head Consultant team to prepare a landscape masterplan for Perry Park, including undertaking all the necessary services and deliverables to provide the following works:
a) Comprehensive Landscape Masterplan (considering the whole site including the building, sports field and park);
b) New Amenities Building;
c) New Senior FIFA Synthetic Sportsfield; and
d) Civil & Stormwater Works (including new driveway and parking).
