Tender Description
Council is undertaking a redevelopment of Lions Park East at Pyramid Hill. Quotations are invited to undertake the remaining required concrete footpath works including the supply and installation of boxing and concrete. It is Council’s intention to have the paths completed by the end of January 2020.
The project involves concrete works for the completion of approximately 140 lineal metres of concrete paving 1.2 metres wide to a depth of 100mm. The price per lineal metre is to be supplied and must include the following:
- Earthworks as required
- Conduit suitable for 25mm rural poly (irrigation) at marked locations
- Installation of boxing
- Installation of crushed rock base as per specifications
- Installation of plastic, chairs and mesh.
- Pour and install Sandstone coloured ASQ supplied concrete (to match existing path)
- Reasonable steps to tidy the work site must be taken, including removal all excess materials including concrete, soil and other.
- Grade back to finish level as preparation for final levelling by others.
