30/2019 - The Southern Region Waste Resource Authority (SRWRA), (the Principal) invites persons to submit offers (Proposals)for the design and construction of a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) building located at 112 Bakewell Drive, Seaford Heights, South Australia.
SRWRA is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider to deliver a sound proposal that will deliver the design and construction of a MRF building. It is imperative that all respondents are clear on time frames associated with the work and it is expected work on the construction will start immediately on contract award. Respondents must indicate if they are available to begin work immediately or offer alternatives.
A site briefing will be held at SRWRA, 112 Bakewell Dr, Seaford Heights on Monday 18 November 2019 at 11.30am. (Hi Vis and boots are essential for entry).
The technical requirements will include(but not be limited to) construction of the MRF to meet specifications, standards and the final design of the internal MRF plant and equipment, proper site management allowing for on-going site operations during construction and application for and securing of all licences and approvals as required to complete the project.
