Tender Description
City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies to redevelop a currently inactive open space at MR Power Park, Sebastopol with an all ages and abilities play space, which will encourage the community to become healthier and more active.
The successful contractor will manage all elements of the construction process, including subcontractors, provision of all manufactured items, materials, labour, cartage, tools, appliances and fixings necessary for the proper execution of the works in line with the specification.
