Tender Description
Sydney Opera House requires specialist consultancy services to:
- Capture and record comprehensive information on the current storage, transition and logistics situation of SOH staff, contractors, and other stakeholders, for both onsite and offsite storage areas;
- Understand the future storage and transition needs of SOH staff, contractors and other stakeholders; and
- Identify short, medium and long term recommendations to optimise business efficiency and minimise cost attributed to the use and management of all storage and transition spaces.
