The City of Vincent is seeking an experienced Contractor for the provision of upgrading the existing pool hall air handling unit (AHU) to accept energy from the existing geothermal production bore (currently heating the pools) to provide heating for the outdoor air supply
The current system utilises a gas boiler to heat the incoming ventilation air. This project involves modification and upgrade of the existing Air handling unit with and new heating water coil connected to the geothermal system.
The existing coil will be removed and replaced with an option suitable for the low temperature geothermal water will not significantly adding to the external static of the AHU fan.
