This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The successful applicant will take ownership of a website prototype and model and test digital interactions for internal and external users identified in a service blueprint. The website, SchoolsHUB, when completed, will support business outcomes for the department Schools and Youth cluster by managing data collections, payments and stakeholder management to the schooling sector.
The successful respondent will work with the delivery team further developing the prototype and iteratively review changes with internal and external stakeholders, proposing innovative solutions to complete the remaining functions of the website.
Typical functions include:
• Conduct contextual enquiries, user research and task analysis
• Transcribe business requirements into efficacious interaction and interface designs
• Author personas and scenarios as well as present storyboards to project team and stakeholders
• Conduct expert reviews, user walkthrough workshops and accessibility compliance audits
• Perform usability testing and document findings and recommendations
It is important that applicants are able to provide a site design that fulfils WCAG AA compliance.
