Northern Beaches Council has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the future use of the vacant clubhouse and recreation space in Nolan Reserve, North Manly. The site sits on the corner of Old Pittwater & Kentwell Roads, in the heart of our vibrant recreation and sporting precinct. The precinct caters to a range of community groups, sporting interests and clubs.

To support our vision for a vibrant, connected and healthy community Council's RFP is seeking 'concept ideas' of how this site could best be used to meet current and future community, sports and recreational needs. The RFP is not intended to invite detailed business case submissions and at this stage Council is looking for concept submissions only.

All proposals must comply with:

• The District Park Plan of Management (POM)
• Requirements of RE1 Public Recreation land zoning
• Section 36F of the Local Government Act: The core objectives for management of community land categorised as a sportsground
