Yarra Valley Water is moving all facilities services internally from the current arrangement of an external Facilities Management contractor providing maintenance services. As such, through this tender process Yarra Valley Water is looking to establish direct contracts with suppliers of our key essential services for the business. This tender is for the HVAC and refrigeration services for the Yarra Valley Water Lucknow Street site, two depot sites (Coburg & Mitcham) and HVAC services for various treatment plant sites including:
