VP166153 - To improve efficiency within Council’s ICT branch (ICT) it is intended to establish a business partnership between ICT and the contractor. This partnership will allow internal council customers to deal directly with the contractor and the contractor can provide services and advice to both the internal customer and ICT regarding IT infrastructure cabling and associated services.
