This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Source a suitably supplier to deliver a framework for governance of data analytics at ASIC.
The framework is expected to result in the following outcomes for ASIC:
Ability to deliver some key benefits of governing analytics:
- a reduction in time to derive business insights
- increased trust in data-driven decisions
- measure completeness and repeatability of analytic results and whether they meet evidentiary standards
- limitations in the application of insights are understood
Progression of governance of analytics at ASIC:
- Strategy for implementing best practice is defined and implementation has begun
- Projects to develop analytic products are more likely to follow a consistent, governed process
- The process for finding and accessing analytic products and tools is improved
- Governance team understand what controls are needed to drive consistency and quality of analytics going forwards
- A structure that supports mobility of analytic skills across teams and allows the workforce to be deployed on to the highest priority work is in operation
- The structure is flexible enough to evolve through time
Increased engagement of internal stakeholders and their understanding of:
- best practice in the analytics industry
- emerging technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, network analysis and voice analytics
- policies, controls and standards for analytics
