ITT #020 - Snowy 2.0 - Surface Scanning Survey Services

⁠⁠⁠Snowy Hydro Ltd ("Snowy Hydro") in its capacity as operator of the Snowy Mountains Hydroelectric Scheme ("Scheme") is inviting proposals for the supply of survey and geospatial services for the Snowy 2.0 Project ("Project").

The specific Project requirements that this Tender focuses on is Surface Scanning Survey Services ("Services"), including but not limited to:

• Data acquisition (drone-based aerial RGB/NIR photography and high-density LiDAR surveys).
• Data processing, modelling, and reporting (generation of terrain models, point clouds, and accuracy verification).
• Data management and storage (hosting and optimisation via Propeller and SHL AWS servers).
• Operational compliance and safety (site inductions and aviation certifications).
• Associated personnel, equipment, software and systems.

The successful Tenderer will be required to mobilise a pre-determined team to specified Sites monthly to perform the Services. The Sites in which the Services are required are all located in the Snowy Monaro/Snow Mountains region, with a majority of the Sites being situated within the Kosciuszko National Park.

The successful Tenderer will be awarded a Framework Services Agreement which covers the general provision of surveying and geospatial services, with the tendered Services executed underneath as an 'Assignment'.

Snowy Hydro Framework Agreements are valid for a Term of three (3) years, with review and renewal occurring prior to the expiry date. Assignments are typically issued for a period of one (1) year, with review and renewal/issue of a new Assignment occurring prior to the completion date.
