Provision of Five Grid Connected PV Systems to Council Sites

⁠⁠⁠Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites quotations to for the carrying out and completion of major works for the design, supply and installation of five grid connected PV (GCPV) systems at various Council owned properties. The installation of the GCPV systems is intended to reduce electricity demand from the grid at each site, thereby reducing carbon emissions for Council. This document with the attachments sets out the technical requirements for the supply, design and installation of PV systems that will be installed on the below properties:

• Boondah Depot 1 Boondah Road, Warriewood NSW 2102
• Glen Street Library Cnr Glen Street and, Blackbutts Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086
• Childcare Centre, Belrose Corner Forest Way and Bambara Road, Belrose NSW 2085
• Childcare Centre, HarbourView 10 Ross Street, Seaforth NSW 2092

Each GCPV system will be integrated with the existing electricity infrastructure. Where required, the GCPV system will also be integrated with a control and protection system.

The GCPV system shall comply with Ausgrid network requirements. The obligations of the successful Respondent are outlined in FRQ 1 "NBC Solar photovoltaic Project"
