Dear Respondent
You are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Construction Services for a Biodiversity Facility at Flinders University.
By participating in this EOI you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the guidelines set out in this letter and attachments.
Please direct any questions regarding the EOI content or process to the University via the Tenderlink portal. You should not contact other University personnel regarding the EOI during the EOI process.
To simplify exchange of information regarding this EOI please nominate a Submission Manager. Only communications made by your Submission Manager (or their deputy) will be taken into account during the EOI process.
The University reserves the right to disqualify and reject submission from suppliers who do not comply with these guidelines.
As part of this EOI process the University makes no obligations in any way to:
(i) pay any vendor for any EOI response; or
(ii) accept any EOI information received from vendors; or
(iv) include vendors responding to this RFT, in any future invitation; or
(v) any other commitment to vendors whatsoever.
