Tender Description
City of Salisbury is seeking to engage an experienced civil construction contractor to deliver the main infrastructure for the land development project such as excavation of the site, roads, footpaths, crossovers, utilities, telecommunications, street lighting, water and sewage, stormwater and retaining. This development has received Green Star Certification. The following areas will need to be addressed and reported on: they include, but are not limited to, environmental management, waste management plan, skill development programs, sourcing sustainable and recycled materials where appropriate. The works will be required to be delivered in a stage approached, which is outlined in the tender documentation.
