Tender Description
Council is seeking a suitable contractor to undertake the construction of a sport lighting and switching system for the sports oval at the Rokewood Recreation Reserve.
The provision of sports oval lighting at Rokewood Recreation Reserve has been identified as a priority in Golden Plains Shire Council's Recreation Strategy 2015-19. The existing lighting is inadequate and needs to be replaced.
In general, the requirements are for a lighting system capable of producing 50/150 lux in accordance with the requirements of AS2560.2.3.2007 and the Victorian State Government Community Sporting Facility Lighting Guide.
