Expressions of Interest from Building Contractors Invited:
Tenders are to be called for the office redevelopment to the West Tamar Council offices, located at Eden Street, Riverside. The building works are anticipated to commence in January 2020 and are to be completed by March 2020.
CMK Architects are seeking registrations of interest from suitable building contractors for the construction of these alterations.
It is anticipated tender documents will be available by Tuesday 5th of November and the tender period will be three (3) weeks.
