Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from experienced property developers, land owners, social enterprises, not-for-profits, community groups, and any other types of organisations to provide a strategy to address Inner West Council's future accommodation requirements.
Council currently operates out of three administration offices and four depots, a legacy of the former Ashfield, Marrickville and Leichhardt councils. The seven sites within the scope of the Expression of Interest are the administration buildings in Ashfield, Leichhardt and Petersham and depots in Balmain, Leichhardt, St Peters and Summer Hill. Consolidating locations would enhance access to council services.
