Tender Description
Bayside Council invites suitably qualified construction companies to submit a tender for the construction of a new cafe and amenities building in Cahill Park, Wolli Creek.
Construction of new cafe and amenities building in accordance with the DRAFT DA Conditions and Tender documents. The site is adjacent to a high pressure gas main and adjacent to a children's playground.
The building is primarily brick and concrete construction.
A site inspection will be held at 9.30am on Wednesday 23 October 2019, the meeting point is the existing playground on Princes Highway, Cahill Park, Wolli Creek.
Deadline: RFT closes at 10.00 am on 12 November 2019
