Tender Description
The Australia Day Working Group is calling for Expressions of Interest to cater for the annual Australia Day Dinner.
Requirements for Meals
1. Entree: Cold – must have two options (alternate place settings)
2. Main Course: Hot Meal - Must have two options (alternate place settings)
3. Dessert: Cake to cater below numbers served with ice cream or fruit OR dessert buffet
For each meal please include additional option to cater for vegetarian/gluten free guests
Additional Inclusions
- Bread and butter
- Iced water on tables
- Wait staff- table service
- Condiments (if appropriate)
Numbers: Approx. 150 -250 guests (details will be confirmed closer to the date)
Expressions of Interest close on Friday 15 November 2019 at 5.00pm
