Tender Description
The 33kV Power Network Control System Package covers the following scopes:
- design, supply, manufacture, program, test, and transport complete 33kV Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) panels;
- configure the HV protection Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) supplied by other contractors (includes protection devices and relays associated with a switchgear or circuit breaker) and other associated devices;
- conduct an integrated FAT with the 33kV switchrooms and kiosks package vendor in Perth, Western Australia;
- on Site works (schedule of rates) to perform Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), high voltage recloser configuration and commissioning of the 33kV Power Network Control System;
- assist on Site (schedule of rates) with the testing and integration of third party supplied equipment and control systems, and liaise with third parties as necessary to facilitate the completion of the Works; and
- develop and conduct an integrated training program for Company personnel.
