This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Social Services (DSS), Communities Group seeking strategy and policy support to assist in developing policies and programs that promote individual and community functioning and wellbeing and community cohesion. This includes reviewing and analysing existing products, practices or processes; providing policy interpretation and advice to delivery teams; developing business cases; and gathering evidence from quantitative and qualitative analysis via web analytics, applications data, financial data and user feedback.
The Communities Group is seeking an innovative approach to resourcing service that ensures the skills and capabilities of resources remain relevant and progressive to meet the Group’s needs.
We are looking for a mix of resources with public and non-public sector experience and/or skills and knowledge. Initially around 20 - 25 resources would be required for 6-12 months and would be available for commencement in approximately two weeks.
The seller would be expected to provide a digital solution to support the smooth management for both resources and departmental managers that ensures clear communication for continuous feedback to support increased capability uplift. This could be through an application or other method.
