Tender Description
The contract arising from this tender shall be Contract No. RFT 2019-04 Construction of Memorial Park on Lots 556/557 Lennon St Wiluna
This shall be a Fixed Lump Sum Contract governed by AS 2124-1992, General Conditions of Contract.
SCOPE OF WORKS
All as described in the drawings included with this tender package, the contract provides for
- Demolition of existing fences, septic tanks, redundant power pole
- Site preparation and earthworks
- Construction of pathways on site
- Landscaping
- Amphitheatre and steel screen structure over
The basic scope of works is summarised below:
- Demolition and site clearing
- Earthworks as required to form amphitheatre, swales and grassed areas
- Exposed aggregate paths with steel-trowelled goanna motifs inlaid into the paths (as shown)
- Electrical supply
- Cold water supply
- Steel structure with perforated aluminium screen cover, Design and Construct.
- Reinforced concrete plinth to support local stone arrangement with cast iron plaque set in the stone (plaque will be supplied by the Shire). Refer the Provisional Sum in the Price Breakdown.
- Gabion walls to structural engineering details
- Limestone blocks retaining walls
- 4 No. flag poles incl lanyards
- Drink fountain
- Rubbish bin
- Recycling bin
- Electric BBQ
- Soft landscaping and planting.
