Tweed Shire Council are seeking to engage the services of an experienced wayfinding and signage consultant (contractor) to produce a wayfinding and signage strategy which will inform Council of the recommended wayfinding strategy and required signage within the Stotts Creek Resource Recover Centre and Eviron Landfill site (first landfill cell only), the wayfinding and signage strategy are to ensure customer journey, customer experience and accessibility fundamentals are incorporated into the design process.
The Council has completed master plan drawings and identified projects to be completed as part of the waste infrastructure upgrade project. To ensure there is a coordinated approach, the wayfinding strategy is to be developed as an integral part of the overall design detailing. The wayfinding strategy should address the complete journey from home or business to each specific facility within SCRRC. The facility has a mix of regular commercial customers and one off residential customers.
