Providers are requested to tender for delivery of all or some of the following courses:
- ITIL 3 Foundation syllabus and certification (+ simulation activities)
- ITIL 4 Foundation syllabus and certification (+ simulation activities)
- Opportunity for participants who fail to achieve ITIL certification to re-sit the exam within four weeks of completion of the original course.
- SIAM Foundation syllabus
- DevOps Fundamentals syllabus (+ simulation activities)
