Tender Description
AF19/351 The City of Mount Gambier invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers to undertake repair and refurbishment/upgrade works to the existing grandstand seating area located on Wehl Street Mount Gambier.
The existing grandstand seating area (approximately 187.5m2) is in poor condition and water damaged. Particle board is an unsuitable material that needs to be removed and replaced with compressed fibre cement sheeting. A suitalbe waterproof membrane will need to be applied to the new build.
Works are to commence from 1 December 2019 and be completed no later than 31 March 2020.
