Contract - GST Review and Recovery

⁠⁠⁠To determine if City of Stonnington is entitled to any unclaimed GST refunds, credits or reductions in accordance with the GST law and provisions.

If City of Stonnington is found to be entitled to any such refunds, credits or reductions, the Vendor will provide City of Stonnington with the appropriate supporting documentation to substantiate it's entitlement and claim the GST recovery from the ATO.

The GST Recovery service to be provided on a contingency "no claim no fee" basis. City of Stonnington will only pay for this service if there is a refund received from the ATO.
