Lane Cove Council is proposing to undertake building alterations, additions and renovations to the Kingsford Smith Pavilion in Stuart Street Longueville.

Council intends to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake these works. These works include additions for the purposes of grounds maintenance and club storage, renovations to the existing sporting storage and club facilities, renovation of the existing public toilet facilities, reconstruction of timber steps and seating, provision of a barbecue area and graded path and other associated works.

A site inspection will be held at the above address at 1pm on Tuesday 24 September 2019.

Council will liaise with the successful contractor regarding a commencement date in late 2019.
