Tender Description
Warrnambool City Council is seeking a suitably qualified provider of computing devices to supply and provide ongoing support / maintenance of such devices across all Council locations.
Council runs a range of business units from Tourism Operations, Child Care, Communications / Pre Press etc through to Depot Operations and Aquatic Centres. Current desktops and portable devices are end of life / end of support, as such we are looking at providing updated devices to these units.
The provider must be able to:
- Meet or better the technical specification
- Meet delivery time lines
- Must have the technical capability to deliver the project - references will be required
- Must meet warranty and support requirements
- Include all other licenses and associated costs and charges
- Ability to warehouse stock locally and deliver in staged consignments
- Must be able to invoice Council's leasing provider
