⁠⁠⁠Contract 1977. LUMP SUM CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF PERIMETER FENCE FOR MERRIGUM SWIMMING POOL

Supply, delivery and installation of perimeter fence and gates at Merrigum Swimming Pool.

Requests for Quotes will be received until 4.00pm, Wednesday 25th September 2019

Quotes can only be lodged on line. Please note Greater Shepparton City Council no longer accepts hardcopy Quotations. 

It is Council’s policy not to accept Quotations received after the specified closing time.

Council will not accept any Quotation submissions by facsimile, or by e-mail.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 1977 - Supply and Installation of Perimeter Fence for Merrigum Swimming Pool is a Request for Quotation for a lump sum Contract; Greater Shepparton City Council expressly advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the section provided will result in your Quotation not being evaluated.
• All Quotation Schedules 1-8 (inclusive) must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• All submissions must be submitted via this online portal; submissions made through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your submission early to avoid missing out.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Greater Shepparton City Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
