Request for Tender Regional School Bus

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Transport (DoT) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of 40 school bus services that operate in regional Victoria (Services).

The existing contracts for these tendered school bus services expire on 31 December 2019.

In order for the DoT to correspond with the prospective Respondent prior to the submission of Offers, including to issue addenda and respond to clarification questions, the prospective Respondent must register its intention to submit an Offer in response to this RFT by emailing the following information along with the Reference Number relevant to the RFT(s) you are responding to as set out below:

• name of Respondent;
• contact name;
• contact telephone number;
• contact email address; and
• RFT Reference: e.g. Anglesea - Lorne

Submission of Offers:

Please submit your completed "Part D - The Offer" for the corresponding Service(s) via email to regional.bus.services@ecodev.vic.gov.au no later than 2:00pm, Melbourne time 2 October 2019. Late Offers may be disqualified from the RFT Process and may be ineligible for consideration.
