Tender No. 124732 - Construction of Thompson Park Sports Pavilion & Chatswood Oval Maintenance Shed
Willoughby City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new sports pavilion at Thompson Park, Artarmon, and a new maintenance shed at Chatswood oval, Chatswood. The contract works is inclusive of the demolition of the existing buildings at both locations.
This tender is for the demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a new maintenance shed at Chatswood oval and sports pavilion at Thompson Park.
A site inspection has been scheduled for 11:00am Tuesday 10 September at Thompson Park, followed by Chatswood Oval at 12:00pm.
Submissions will be accepted until 11:00am Thursday 26 September 2019. Tenders received after the aforementioned closing time will not be considered.
Tenders shall be submitted at (see option below) OR in a sealed envelope endorsed:

Hard copies of tenders shall be placed in the Tender Box located adjacent to the Help & Service Centre of Council's Administration Building, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood.
