Tender Description
Council has a variety of major infrastructure projects planned for delivery within the community.
We are seeking project managers with suitable experience to provide project management services on a contract basis for these projects.
Project management services include:
- Preparation of all tender and contract documentation in accordance with Council’s procurement process
- Project/contract management and supervision of designated projects
- Supervision of construction projects in accordance with design documentation and WHS requirements.
- Management of projects within areas of responsibility within budget, on time and to required standards
- Project reporting and project-based record keeping
You will need to provide a current CV including details of
- Experience in project and contract management
- Experience in supervision of works (including safety, quality and environmental)
- Details of at least two current referees
Council will meet with suitable candidates to discuss future opportunities.
