Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Scope of works of this project involves excavation and management of potentially contaminated waste materials, plumbing and drainage works, as well as Environmental sampling and testing and updating of required documentation and records.

1. Removal of underground storage tank UST048 at RAAF Base Townsville
2. Rerouting of Building 246 greywater (currently discharges to above tank)

In addition to removing UST, scope includes:
• Removal of all adjoining pipework;
• Reroute of greywater outlet from Building 246 to a new sewer pit; and
• Reinstatement of surface site to existing.
