The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking Tenders for the supply of Cleaning Services including waste removal and recycling services, sanitary and hygiene services.

There are two high profile locations for the services: NGV International, 180 St. Kilda Rd, Melbourne and The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia, in Federation Square, Melbourne.

The spaces to be cleaned include art galleries, auditoria, foyers, function rooms, offices, dining areas and back of house areas.

SITE INSPECTION: A mandatory tender site inspection of the sites will be held on Monday 2 September 2019.
A maximum of two (2) persons from your organisation may attend.

SUBMISSIONS: Four (4) hard copies, as well as an electronic version on a USB memory stick of the Tender submission should be lodged in the NGV Tender Box, located at the NGV Sturt Street security entrance by 2pm on Wednesday 25 September 2019.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2pm on Wednesday 25 September 2019.
Late submissions will not be accepted. Any tender responses received later than the above date and time will not be considered (except when such an extension has been granted in writing to all tenderers). The tender closing date and time will not be extended except under the most exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the NGV.
