This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
CASA requires a Supplier to undertake research to review the current state information architecture and provide a recommendation and roadmap to achieve an intuitive information architecture based on clients’ mental models while also aligning with business goals.
Research should specifically determine if an audience-based menu structure is aligned with how users think about the content on the site, the way they group information and the labels that they would expect to use, or whether an alternative menu structure is preferred by users.
User research may include focus groups and survey, online tools, card sorting and interview. The Potential Supplier is expected to prepare all materials for these research activities, which should be conducted through a mixture of face-to-face and remote activities.
The supplier will define and document the proposed Information Architecture to three levels taking into account user and business needs.
After research, analysis and design activities are complete and the results collated the findings and recommendations are to be delivered to the Customer in a final report.
