Central Highlands Water owns and operates the Ballarat South Wastewater Treatment Plant (BSWWTP) which treats domestic sewage and trade waste from approximately half of the City of Ballarat. This project is required to duplicate the pipelines from lagoons E to F (419m) & F to G (165m) with DN 1100GRP pipe including but not limited to the associated Maintenance Holes, Inlet and Outlet structures and associated lagoon remediation.
