Central Highlands Water owns and operates the Ballarat South Wastewater Treatment Plant (BSWWTP) which treats domestic sewage and trade waste from approximately half of the City of Ballarat. BSWWTP uses a series of lagoons to provide final disinfection of effluent prior to discharge to Yarrowee River at the outlet of Lagoon J
This project is required to duplicate the pipelines from lagoons E to F (419m) & F to G (165m) with DN 1100GRP pipe including but not limited to the associated Maintenance Holes, Inlet and Outlet structures and associated lagoon remediation.
