Tender Description
Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money in delivering the cleaning services for the Community Centres and the Offices located at the Sustainable Resource Centre.
Council may accept to enter into contract with one (1) contractor to deliver the cleaning services for the Community Centres and Sustainable Resource Centre or it will enter into two (2) separate contracts for the services with Contractors who represent the best value for money in delivering the required services.
Council requires competitive fees and charges for the services, a strong and effective service relationship with a chosen contractor or contractors, solutions that support the achievement of business requirements consistent with Council's overall strategic direction.
Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend the Site Inspections which will cover an overview of the Statement of Requirements and provide the tenderers a further appreciation of the nominated sites.
