Tender Description
Knox City Council (KCC) is seeking responses to a Request for Tender (RFT) from suitably skilled providers to lead the 'User Experience (UX) and Design stage of the Digital Customer Channel Transformation (DCCT) project.
A tender is required for the five scope categories, being:
- Category 1 - Website user experience scoping and solution definition
- Category 2 - Intranet user experience scoping and solution definition
- Category 3 - Proof of Concept discovery activity to shape our online service operating model
- Category 4 - Phase 2 and Phase 3 scoping (to be delivered in later project phases)
- Category 5 - Agency handover of delivery recommendations
The time and date by which tenders must be lodged via Knox City Council’s e-tendering portal is: Monday 9 September 2019 – 2pm (or as otherwise changed by addenda)
The Principal will not consider late tenders. The procedure for the lodgment of tenders is: Tenders must be lodged into the electronic tender box at http://www.knox.vic.gov.au/tenders (“Electronic Tender Box”). Tenders can be uploaded in Microsoft Office or Adobe PDF document format. The size of uploaded files is limited to a maximum of 5Mb.
