Tender Description
Council seeks to engage a Consultant to design and coordinate civil works and streetscape plan features as part of the Maldon Streetscape project, ensuring consideration and coordination with:
- The Maldon Streetscape Design Standard concept plans,
- The Maldon Shop front project, and
- Powercor undergrounding of power.
This design work will progress from concept, through to schematic and detailed design in order to ensure this project documented and approvals gained in preparation for tendering and construction.
