Overview
The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) is seeking to appoint, on a contract basis, a suitably qualified service provider to carry out the internal audit programme of the Council, including developing an Internal Audit Strategy, Internal Audits, attendance at Audit Advisory Committee Meetings, preparing Industry Reports, and Data Analytics.

Tenders will include the following:
* Itemised Pricing for the delivery of the Services; and
* Completed online forms

Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided, and base their tenders accordingly.

Contract Term
The Contract term shall be for a period of five (5) years.

Enquiries
All enquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions are to be lodged via this tendering portal at least 72 hours prior to the nominated closing time. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to.

Submissions
All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
