Tender Description
Hume City Council in conjuction with Stockland is in the process of development an area of open space as part of the Cloverton sub divisional development in Kalkallo.
The district open space known as Cloverton Active Open Space (Cloverton AOS) will include (as key elements) two (2) recreational ovals, eight (8) tennis courts, one (1) main sports pavilion, one (1) externally accessible storeroom, car parking, landscape features as well as a public open space. Please refer to the attached Master plan.
This brief relates to the design, documentation and construction phase of the main community pavilion and external accessible storeroom.
