Tender for the Supply of Internal Audit Services - 3 Years

⁠⁠⁠Nature Parks seeks to appoint an internal auditor with recognised and proven skills to conduct internal audit services for a period of three (3) financial years, ceasing 30 June 2022.

The appointed internal auditor will be responsible for providing an agreed internal audit program annually based on the governance, risks and controls of Nature Parks, working with Management to deliver comprehensive, timely and meaningful guidance within the scope of the programs.

Nature Parks has a strong governance responsibility and is required to demonstrate compliance with the Standing Directions issued under the Financial Management Act 1994, and any other applicable legislation.

In addition, Nature Parks seeks to continually improve business management systems and processes, using guidance from the internal audit programs to provide insight and opportunity for improvement.

Internal audit will be responsible for reporting to the Audit, Risk and Finance Subcommittee providing independent and objective assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of Nature Parks financial and internal control systems, reporting processes and activities in accordance with the audit program and Standing Directions.
