Horsham Rural City Council is seeking a capable, experienced and qualified real estate agent with the capacity, professional approach and technical ability to fulfil Council’s Property Service needs. The successful agent must be able to demonstrate a high level of quality and customer service to assist Council with the management of property assets of various type and value.

Services under this contract include, without limitation to:
* Assistance with the sale of Council assets
* Assistance with acquisition of land assets
* Management of Council’s commercial leases

This contract will be awarded for an initial two (2) year period, anticipating to commence September 2019 with options of a further two (2), two year terms, to be offered at the sole discretion Council.

Council intends to appoint a panel of two Agents under this Contract.
