Registration of Interest - Mail and Communication Services

⁠⁠⁠We are seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations capable of providing mail and communication services (both digital and paper based).

Services required under the project would include:
* Automated notifications via letter, email or mobile phone;
* Maintain online archives;
* Create and maintain templates; and
* Print and send out trade debtor invoices, overdue payment notices, credit notes, remittance advice, payslips etc.

To be considered for the inclusion in a Request of Interest (ROI):
For new prospective suppliers to Western Power: please REGISTER your interest by completing the request form.

For existing Western Power suppliers registered on the Ariba Network: if you have previously submitted a Western Power Registration Questionnaire in Ariba, please log into your Ariba Network account and revise your Questionnaire (see Proposals tab) to register your interest for this event by referencing the below commodity code. Refer to the help guide for more information about this.

If you have not previously submitted a Western Power Registration Questionnaire, please suppliers@westernpower.com.au to request a supplier registration invitation.

For existing Western Power suppliers NOT registered on the Ariba Network: please suppliers@westernpower.com.au to request a supplier registration invitation.

* Explanation of the services you can supply;
* Description of your capability and capacity to perform the services including current and previous experience;
* Indication of the locations where you can deliver the services;
* Brief summary of employees and equipment with physical location;
* Brief detail of current Safety, Health and Environmental Management System;
* Brief confirmation of whether you subcontract the services or deliver them in-house; and
* Any other relevant information.
