Supply, Installation and Maintenance - Printers and Copiers

⁠⁠⁠Horsham Rural City Council is seeking to procure approximately twelve (14) printers/copiers with various levels of functionality and features to replace Council’s existing machines.

The main objective of this Contract is to ensure that Horsham Rural City Council is provided with uninterrupted and optimum printing performance for the duration of the contract period.

This contract will be awarded for one, four year term.

Tenders close 12 Noon Wednesday 21 August 2019.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest Tender.

Late Tenders will not be considered.

Electronic Tenders will only be considered if lodged through Council’s e Tendering portal.

All correspondence or queries relating to this Request for Tender must be lodged through Council’s e Tender portal.

Questions will be answered until 12 noon 18 August 2019. Questions raised post this time will not be responded to.
